Class Descriptions

We offer a variety of classes to enjoy the Music Together® program! Check out the links below to learn about all that we offer!

Music Together Mixed-Age: This classic Music Together class is designed for infants through kindergarteners. Parents or caregivers attend with their children, fostering a close bond between each other and fostering a sense of community.

Music Together Babies: Designed for children under six months old, our babies class offers an opportunity for parents and caregivers to learn about the importance of music for infants and provides a great opportunity to meet parents of other babies.

Music Together Preschool: We work with local preschools to add music instruction to their curriculum!

Rhythm Kids 4-5: The next musical step for your preschool child (ages 4-5) with a parent or caregiver. Each week we drum, sing, dance, play rhythm instruments, and begin to play music-based games. Rhythm Kids 4-5 guides children toward developmentally appropriate music and movement activities, where they can begin to take charge, lead others, and be musically creative.

Rhythm Kids K-2: An exciting music, movement, and drumming class for children in Kindergarten through second grade (ages 5 through 8). Children integrate and assimilate rhythm into their lives. Rhythm Kids K-2 follows through on the Music Together vision to help children complete the pathway of early childhood music development from birth through age 8.

Generations:  In Music Together Generations classes, teachers and families foster meaningful musical relationships across the ages, as "Musical Grandfriends" join the music-making circle.  Expanding the class community in this way enriches the experience for families and makes these classes some of the most satisfying to teach.
